PRODUCING & PROCESSING TIME
Since customized products need to be hand-made according to customers' individual requirements, usually we need 2-3 business days to produce and process the order.
Production and order processing times depend on the complexity of your design and the number of products in your order. Orders with multiple products or complex designs will take longer to produce, we prioritize the quality of the products.In addition, due to the complexity of customized products, busy shopping season, epidemic lockdown and other reasons, our production cycle will be affected. Our longest production cycle is 4 days.

We offer free shipping to the usa.it takes 2 weeks to produce and deliver your beautiful piece after payment. Depending on the demand, we also offer an express delivery option (7-10 business days) for an extra charge.
