ONLINE STORE TERMS

MY ACCOUNT
When you shop on YNeon.com, you can create an account or check out as a guest. If you chose to create an account, we will only store the information that you provide to your order such as shipping and billing address, phone number and email address. When creating the account, you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in and view your order history and track your order. You can also view your returned items if applicable. If you do not create an account and instead check out as a guest, you can also track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you would like to delete your account, you should contact service@YNeon.com sending the request from the email address used for the account. They and the customer service team will help you get the account deleted.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products and offers made are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the offer or service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Finished product sizes from time-to-time may vary according to a maximum 5% tolerance large or smaller depending on manufacturing requirements for specific fonts and limitations of the materials used. For special request written within the order notes, it is the obligation of the customer to contact YNeon prior to order to ensure the request is possible. Neon Filter will produce orders according to the order specification only, when order notes have not been explicitly agreed prior to order.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
